What is Master Roll toilet paper made from?
Bamboo fibre, made into soft 3-ply tissue.
Does it contain added fragrance or dyes?
No. It is unscented, with no added fragrance or dyes.
Is any chlorine bleach used?
Master Roll toilet paper is bleached without elemental chlorine (ECF). It is unscented, with no added fragrance or dyes.
Is bamboo toilet paper safe for septic systems?
There is no official UK standard or test for “septic safe” toilet paper, so we don’t make that claim. Like other toilet paper, it is designed to break up in water. See our septic tank guide.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free on every UK order and usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
What is your returns policy?
Return unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with free returns.
